A super tasty and relatively healthy ground meat mixture with flavors from Asia. You can overeat it with a shovel if you have problems with self-control. It's very good to eat with lettuce leaves instead of rice.
Preparation: Shred white cabbage, grate carrot, chop mushrooms, chop garlic, and finely grate ginger. Put everything, except the mushrooms, in a large bowl.
Sauté the mushrooms quickly in oil, then set aside.
Cook the rice.
Fry the ground meat. No oil is needed if you have mixed ground meat. When the fat has melted and it starts to "bubble" a bit sluggishly, you can pour in everything from the bowl and lower the heat to about 7/10.
When the white cabbage has softened a bit, you can tip in the soy sauce. Taste and add more soy sauce, perhaps more ginger if desired.
Serve with rice or lettuce leaves and top with chopped leek.
